The rice, sourced directly from Japan, had a wonderful texture and subtle sweetness that perfectly balanced the fish. Their house-made soy sauce was the perfect umami bomb, enhancing each bite without being too salty. Combined with the impeccable service, KUON SUSHI SEI offers a truly exceptional Japanese dining experience.
