鶏の水炊きがおいしかった。前菜の飾りつけの大葉もきれい。銀座としては適正価格と思う。最高点をつけていないのは、特に減点があるわけでなく、まだこの店の最高の料理を試していないので、今後の楽しみに。

以前一度伺ったことがあるのですが、9月限定で薬膳しゃぶしゃぶのコースが展開されるというメールを頂き、再訪してきました。先付から非常に手の込んだおいしい品々で目にも美しく、女性にはうってつけのコースです。ボリュームがありましたが、最後の雑炊の量も確認して頂けて調整をしてくださいます。お店で扱っておられるひこま豚は、臭みがまったくない上にとろけるような食感で、今までに頂いたことのない感動でした。薬膳しゃぶしゃぶはお野菜がたっぷり入り、薬膳特融のきつい香りもまったくなく、非常においしかったです。オススメです！
