鶏の水炊きがおいしかった。前菜の飾りつけの大葉もきれい。銀座としては適正価格と思う。最高点をつけていないのは、特に減点があるわけでなく、まだこの店の最高の料理を試していないので、今後の楽しみに。

カウンターで板さんと話しながら、食事をしました。料理やお酒の話を聞くことが出来楽しい時間でした。料理は、一品一品、手間をかけた料理で、美味しかったです。自家製のカラスミのお摘みも、最高でした。
