Aperture is a fantastic dining experience! My friend is a pescatarian, and the staff had a special menu ready, complete with thoughtful notes to accommodate their preferences. We trusted our server’s recommendations, selecting five different plates tailored to what we were in the mood for, and every dish was spot on. The food came out in perfect cadence, allowing us to enjoy each plate without feeling rushed or waiting too long. The service was attentive but not intrusive—just the right balance. The food was amazing. We have D a table of 7 and every one of us thought we ordered the best thing on the menu, so we were all sharing. I now have 7 favorite items on the Menu. I highly recommend the lamb shank. It melts in your mouth. If you haven't had Lebanese food before the spices are probably not what you are used to but so good and absolutely amazing flavors.
