Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product. “We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you. There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible.     Everything about Azhar was perfect! I had requested a small dessert to be brought out for a birthday via my Open Table reservation. An employee called me before the reso to ask which dessert and everything else was taken care of. I asked a server about it who had just transitioned to taking over our table and she already knew the plan. It was amazing! We also went for happy hour and everything was amazing with the perfect portion size and amazing prices. Would absolutely recommend!

    The labneh and hummus were delicious. The Turkish coffee was outstanding. Our server was lovely. The place was lively and fun. We had a wonderful time.

    Beautiful restaurant in a great location. The menu offers a range of options, some classics and some unique items. The beef and lamb kofte was delicious, as well as all the dips. The saffron rice is a must! I also enjoyed a delicious pistachio cocktail. I would definitely come back for dinner and hopefully for brunch one day!

    We loved our food and drinks! My husband requested drinks that were not on their Menu yet they accommodated and they were superb! The food was absolutely delicious! we ordered Halloumi, octopus, side ribs, truffle mushrooms risotto and baby gem (falafel) we also ended up getting lemon cake as our dessert and everything was so tasty and well presented! We will be coming back again !

    Food was delicious. Had the maqluba (not) pizza and the classic shawarma one. The employee was very kind and brought us a kunafa birthday “cake” for my friend’s birthday and, coming from a Palestinian, it was a very authentic kunafa.
