The Bower Manly is a locally owned and operated business, with a passionate Northern Beaches based crew. We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. The Bower is a local's favourite, serving up some of the best coffee in Manly with arguably the best view of Shelly Beach. Join us for brekky, brunch, lunch or cocktails, seven days a week, or grab takeaway on your way down to the beach. The signature cast iron grill and the Josper grill, which was imported from Spain where Josper has mastered the art of cooking with coal and wood. Another great experience . Food excellent as usual. Bit miffed though at 2 miserable pieces of spinach. (1 per serve) on the eggs Benedict at a cost of $11:00 for both our breakfasts.
