The Bower Manly is a locally owned and operated business, with a passionate Northern Beaches based crew. We had always wanted to open a restaurant, but never imagined we’d find one in such a perfect location. Our key focus is providing good quality food using the freshest produce, and friendly staff to compliment the stunning yet relaxed setting of Cabbage Tree Bay. The menu changes on a regular basis, to reflect seasonal produce using both local and organic growers wherever possible - serving up coastal cool alfresco vibes. The Bower is a local's favourite, serving up some of the best coffee in Manly with arguably the best view of Shelly Beach. Join us for brekky, brunch, lunch or cocktails, seven days a week, or grab takeaway on your way down to the beach. From the moment of entry, we were warmly greeted and taken to a superbly set table with an amazing view. The warm towel on arrival was an amazing touch. The menu was described very clearly. No words can describe the exceptional food. Presentation and taste, were incredible. All staff were very well trained and nothing was too much trouble for them. The 4 of us, would absolutely recommend this awesome restaurant and will definitely be going back.

The Bower is sensational. The food is divine (especially the Green Goodness Bowl) and the view over Manly and out to the Pacific Ocean is spectacular. Beyond words. The Espresso Martini at the Bower is the best I’ve ever had. 10 stars!

Food was amazing and service excellent. Nice atmosphere and they were happy to turn the music down a bit as my wife is a little hard if hearing. Very attentive and accomodating service too. A glass of wine included with the Thursday specials was very appreciated.

A surprising and happy find. Eclectic menu of smaller share type items with great flavours. Service was very good and friendly and there was a really happy vibe about the place. I didn't see anything on menu for kids so check that if you have younger ones. Interesting wine selection, a bit on the expensive side for what it was. Local beer was very nice. Overall a very good night out for our family reunion in Sydney
