The Ivy restaurant has been a firm fixture on London’s dining and social scene since 1917. The restaurant and private room upstairs are the epitome of real glamour. It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. Exceptional food, wonderful hostesses, brilliant pacing of the plates. Food could have been slightly warmer but still absolutely wonderful.

Pleasant ambience, almost completely full for our visit but a nice buzz of conversation rather than a wall of noise. Staff were lovely and the food was all good, well presented and tasty. Not a large menu so we shared 5 dishes. Also enjoyed a wonderful spiced smoky margarita and the beer choice suited my husband, ie it wasn’t just lager.
