He then moved back to the NW and began his culinary career as a Banquet Chef at the Multnomah Athletic Club. My friends and I went to dinner on axediny night in Portland. The food was awesome! Calamari n oysters to start and then ciopino, king salmon, scallops n shrimp, steak. Service level great! Even on a rainy night, watching the oldies fly in was super relaxing. Crème brûlée for dessert - great finish.
