Executive Chef Zack Mills creates a seasonal menu that showcases oysters from our farm in St. Jerome’s Creek, Southern Maryland — raw, roasted, and in signature dishes like Classic Rockefeller and French Onion Oysters. But, the oysters are just the beginning. Our award winning menu celebrates the bounty of the Chesapeake region by using locally sourced seafood, meat, and produce to create exquisite dishes that evolve with the seasons. Chef Mills has been featured extensively for his use of invasive seafood species, a very delicious way to help the Chesapeake Bay.     Excellent fish and chips, with generous portions. A grilled salmon club sandwich on a brioche roll was delicious, with the salmon cooked exactly as I ordered - medium rare. Service was prompt and friendly. This is the second time we have visited and we will be going back again.

    We live down the street and have been so excited for Seasalt to open. It did not disappoint! The cocktails were perfectly balanced and the food was delicious. We had roasted Seasalt oysters to start, and scallops and Parisian gnocchi as our mains, and each dish was amazing. The service was warm, welcoming, and very attentive. Very happy to have Seasalt in the neighborhood. We will definitely be back many times!!

    As always, it was a true pleasure to dine at True Chesapeake! Great oysters, perfectly seared scallops, and great wine choices. The staff is so friendly.
