Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. We work with small producers as long term partners, including Fior Di Latte Mozzarella sourced from Caserta, Campania and wines imported directly from private Italian growers.     Went to the Pizza Room for an early dinner with 3 colleagues. Pizza choice is extensive and good wine as well. We we served warmly, quickly and efficiently and we had a great chat while having our meal. Would go again and recommend. The Auntumn and Summer pizzas were very good, probably a more eat-with-your hands place although there is cutlery.

    Had a great time with our experience overall (always). We celebrated my friend's bday and it went well. The staff was really accommodating and was quick in terms of service. Me and my husband are regular customer in this pizza resto. Their pizza is always on the top our list. Kudos to all the staff specially to the manager who is always providing the best service.👌 We'll definitely come back soon!

    Lovely pizza which I finished off later at home much to my own surprise! Thank you for being such a lovely lunch venue before we went bowling at Surrey Quays!
