O Projeto Torreão é um projeto de economia social desenvolvido pelo SAOM, uma instituição privada de solidariedade social, criado em 1976.
Este projeto visa colmatar as dificuldades financeiras frequentemente sentidas por este tipo de instituições e criar autonomia financeira.
