The buffet had lots of selection and the food was good. Since it was a buffet you can expect that cooked foods may not be as crisp as when hitting your table directly from the kitchen but everything was very tasty. They also had a good series of salad and desert options.

The food was amazing. The staff were great. I eat out a lot in Anguilla and I have to say this is one of my favourites definitely in my top three and a must.

Had a great drunken shrimp salad and wine. Came for the Thursday night "review" which was kind of disco themed that night. Had a good time and was offered a rum sample too!

We had the risotto with lobster and the shepherd pie with duck. Both were excellent Would definitely recommend Moulin Fou
