We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

    Everything was prepared to perfection. Timing of service was thoughtful and servers are professional. The ambiance is relaxing and invites conversation without feelings rushed. A wonderful experience for special occasions.

    The Service, Food and Drinks were Great. We had the Beet Salad which was delicious and the Salmon which was rich and very good as well. Alcohol and Mocktail drinks were yummy too.

    Really enjoyed our evening out with friends at this spot. Food was excellent - fresh and interesting combinations of flavors. We especially enjoyed the Scottish Salmon special, the mussels and the Potato Parsnip Soup. Compared to a recent experience at another restaurant located in a downtown hotel in Old Town FC, this was hands down the winner. Service was cheerful and engaging and always checking in but not obtrusive. Food was so much better. Worth a visit if you haven't come by yet.

    Food was excellent, as was service. Noise wasn’t bad, ambiance was good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. We had the Alaskan Halibut and Hawaiian Mahi Mahi, and both were amazing! I’m not typically a big fan of eating anything that lived underwater, but both plates were extremely tasty!
