Incredible Cajun and neo-Cajun and Creole food. Best Louisiana cuisine outside of Louisiana. The honey butter cornbread and oysters are a must. Our waiter, Rocco, was outstanding. Valet parking and secured parking with validation is available. Don’t use Buffalo Speedway to enter the garage. Enter from Richmond (eastbound) instead.

Love the service they provided the food selection was not quite my taste, but overall still good. We enjoyed our time there and also very aesthetically pleasing.

One of my favorite restaurants in Houston. The food is always on point. The staff are all personable. The overall esthetic of the restaurant is well thought out and pleasing. When the weather is nice the outdoor seating is a huge bonus.

We really dug the vibe. The interior is really stylish. The only thing we thought that was lacking was our particular server’s service. When I requested a second cocktail and asked him to surprise me with something vodka based, he brought a “French 76”, made with vodka instead of gin. Notwithstanding whether or not such a drink exists vis a vis the known “French 75” drink, he should have known that I had JUST finished a French 75, in part because I had the same gin style glass on my table. This is not service I would expect from a Michelin level restaurant (I know this one did not get one, but maybe you are gunning for it), many of which me and my wife have been too, including multiple Three Star restaurants! The waiter should be more aware as being delivered such a drink might be thought of as being lazy or dismissive towards the diner. My wife and I are well prepared to pay large amounts for a top notch dinner as well, and we are more likely to do so when a restaurant succeeds in ALL categories.

Our whole experience at Milton’s was outstanding. The mushroom pasta is top five one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Get the chickpea salad and the garlic knots!
