The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner. Locale bellissimo e accogliente, personale gentilissimo ma non soffocante, cibo ottimo, prezzi non altissimi per il tipo di ristorante e zona.

Ambiente piacevole e raffinato, anche se il locale è molto grande, non è dispersivo ne rumoroso. Personale molto attento e servizio curato. Il cibo decisamente buono e di qualità, ottima scelta di pesce che viene cucinato al momento. Unica nota davvero dolente il conto, malgrado fosse tutto davvero molto apprezzato, credo che oltre 150£ a testa per: un antipasto condiviso, 2 gamberoni (ottimi davvero), un pesce ai ferri per due con contorno di melanzana ai ferri, dessert e 2 calici di vino, siano un po’ tanti. Detto questo se siete pronti a pagare un prezzo salato per avere comunque una cena di qualità in un bel posto e serviti bene, il ristorante decisamente merita. Peraltro siamo sempre a Londra…
