The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. Wonderful place in Hammersmith! Loved the decor, tasteful but not too intense. Moderately salted food, even a bit plain (mussels in cream sauce needed a bit more salt). Very fresh tasty oysters, a good selection of quality wines. Overall a well balanced menu, not too heavy for a late night dinner. A delight!
