In 1959, Frank and Tina D'Ambrosio decided to start a new restaurant venture along with their "Paisans" Mario and Enza Volpe, after Frank had much success with his first restaurant, the original "Frankie, Johnnie, and Luigi Too! In Mountain View, CA. Named after a good friend of theirs, they opened the original "Giorgio's" in the Foxworthy Shopping Center in San Jose, CA. One year later, cousins Anthony and Louise Dambruoso, affectionately known to the family as "Sash and Lou", took control of the restaurant and ran it for the next eight years. Pictures and paintings of these folks still grace the walls of the establishment today. In 1968, Frank's four sons assumed control of the restaurant and still own and operate it to this day. In 1997 they opened a second location in Milpitas, CA, in 2023 another in Morgan Hill and now back in Mountain View, where they still offer the highest standard of quality food, service, and value to their customers. One of my fave resto to bring friends and colleagues. Food is great as well as the selections of food. Servers are attentive to your "wants"

We loved our entrees! Delicious! The ceviche appetizer was also great. Music was a little loud when we first sat down but thankfully the server accommodated when we asked that the volume be adjusted a little. Will definitely go back. I may be craving the seafood "stew" entree soon! Prices may have been a little high, but probably comparable to other local restaurants.

Excellent experience, food & drinks! My seared scallops were done perfectly! They even brought my friend and I ( who have shared and celebrated our birthday for 68 years!) a lovely slice of key lime pie—we had an excellent server!

My YellowTail with Hawaiian Salt was very good. Honey’s Miso Black cod was also delicious. Rice was okay. Drinks were great, and loved that the bartender took the time to chill our glasses.
