Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Clark possesses a passion for French cuisine and claims that it comes from the French’s appreciation for balance. Their focus on vegetables, fish, and meat as the primary vehicles of flavor allow for emphasis to be placed on the freshness of the ingredients.Proper attire required. We frequent this Red Lobster a minimum of once a month. The food is always delicious! This visit we had the most enchanting young lady name Ryanne M. She was the best and made our dining experience very enjoyable! Definitely we visit and hope to sit in her section again! 😊

My husband and I are new to the area and decided to dine at this location because of the high google rating. We were welcomed, experienced good service and good food. We plan to dine at this location again.

The food was really good this visit - nicely prepared. Portions were ample. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were really tasty! The lobster duo, well, the tails could've been a little bigger. Salmon new orleans is always a good choice! Biscuits were hot out of the oven! Service was very attentive too.
