Clark and Schwenk, friends over the years, discussed starting a place of their own and traded ideas over what the menu would be like. Finally, at the beginning of 2007, they felt ready to strike out on their own and made that vision happen. “I looked around Atlanta and saw a need for a really good old-school restaurant,” Clark says. That restaurant would become C&S Oyster Bar, specializing in classic New York and Paris brasserie-style cuisine. Clark possesses a passion for French cuisine and claims that it comes from the French’s appreciation for balance. We enjoyed the Parrot Islw Coconut Shrimp & the Bacon m-wrapped Scallops as an appetizer & they were spot on delicious! My favorite was the Crab your way. I had the simple steamed Crab legs with drawn butter & enjoyed the true flavor. The highlight of the dinner was the “Snow Globe Sangria!” It is a perfect blend on of Christmas in a glass! Try just one!!!

We frequent this Red Lobster a minimum of once a month. The food is always delicious! This visit we had the most enchanting young lady name Ryanne M. She was the best and made our dining experience very enjoyable! Definitely we visit and hope to sit in her section again! 😊

My husband and I are new to the area and decided to dine at this location because of the high google rating. We were welcomed, experienced good service and good food. We plan to dine at this location again.
