Located on High Holborn, close to the British Museum, the restaurant is elegantly designed and filled with original Indian art and antique furniture including century old items made for Maharajas which take diners on a journey through Indian culture and history. The menu reflects regional accents with a contemporary viewpoint. It is food that observes the established traditions of Indian cooking but breaks the rules a little by Executive Chef Sohan Bhandari. A little expensive but being someone who has had a catering business and has cooked for a double Michelin star chef I have to say that the food was amazing and cannot wait to bring my family for a double birthday celebration on the 9th. The food was fresh and piping hot, extremely flavoursome and beautifully presented. The prawns were just so tender and cooked to perfection. A huge thank you to the team also, so polite and professional. I cannot stop bragging about this restaurant to everyone. Please keep to these standards as they are truly deserving of recognition. Well done to you all. Jaz
