Using unique, native produce such as apple bananas, Moloka'i sweet potatoes and tomatoes from Pele, a third generation farmer, our culinary team works in tune with the seasons. At Alaia we reap the bounty from the mauka to the makai, working with hand-selected fruits and vegetables from our farm to your table.
