Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Had not been in a while. Was as wonderful as I remembered it the waiter could not have been more gracious and attentive. Loved the live entertainment. Prices are high but expected at a fine restaurant like this.

This was our first experience here. Let me start by saying the service was excellent. The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a most enjoyable experience. The risotto was delicious. But the main course was even better. I had a delmonico steak that was five stars along with potato puree. My wife had a filet that would absolutely melt in your mouth. We would definitely recommend Gordon Ramsay’s to anyone. Very impressed.

Another great experience for our family Christmas Eve dinner! Food was amazing. It’s our second year at Ruth’s for Christmas Eve. And we’re already looking forward to next year. Maddie was a tremendous server. Very personable and made our experience even better than last year. Thank you!

We had the best Christmas Eve dinner! The Dover Sole was the best I’ve ever had. Calamari and crab cakes are also delicious. Who can resist the baked Alaska for dessert? Our server was wonderful!
