Exceptional food, service and ambiance. Every time my family dines here, we walk away so happy with the experience. It’s nice to support the small businesses owners that have kept this local restaurant running with such high quality food for so many years.

We enjoyed our lunch during the holiday break, the food, service and ambiance were all great. We had more of a dinner-sized lunch, with 2 of us having steak (which was prepared to our liking), Mediterranean bowl, wine, and the creme brulee cheesecake desert. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the place was warm and comfortable, with a good vibe. We enjoyed our visit and will be back again!

The staff are always friendly and attentive, making sure you’re well taken care of. Despite it being Christmas Eve and the restaurant being full, the service was prompt, and the food arrived hot. I had the Escargot as an appetizer, followed by lobster tails for the main course—both were cooked to perfection. I also tried the house-made Kegnog, which was absolutely delicious. A wonderful dining experience all around!

Chairman’s is one of my favourite restaurants ever. Where do I even start… The ambiance is beautiful, whether it’s the lake views or the decor everywhere you look there are beautiful details (the menus softly light up when you open them and every bathroom is a bidet as well). The service is next to none, thoughtful and kind staff and again every detail is thoughtfully curated throughout your entire dining experience. We had Dany as our server and we just loved him. So respectful and friendly, he really gave us a great experience. The food… wow. Consistently incredible and made with so much love and care. There is not one thing I’d complain about at this restaurant other than the fact that you won’t find such a well rounded and consistent fine dining experience anywhere else and it ruins you lol.
