Born in a family with a passion for Gastronomy and Oenology, we opened our first French Wine Bistro, Cepage[s], in Notting Hill, London in 2014. Driven by the success of Cepage[s], my father Felix Cohen, who lives in Grenoble (French Alpes), came with the idea to open an authentic french cuisine restaurant in El Paso. Our concept is to create a cozy atmosphere, featuring delicious bistro style sharable appetizers and classic popular dishes from diverse regions in France paired with a great selection of wines and cocktails. Our name, Entrecôte, is a very popular Ribeye Steak dish served in bistros and specialty restaurant in France.     Beautiful restaurant. Low perfect lighting. Individual small lamp at each table. Choose your own steak knife from many options. Delicious sauce options with filet mignon . Excellent truffle mac & cheese. Thank you to our server Michael for being attentive, you made our dinner memorable!! Will definitely return.

    The visit to the steakhouse was fantastic. The rib eye was cooked just right, juicy and full of flavor, paired with perfectly done asparagus that added a great touch. The mixed drinks were also amazing, well-made and refreshing. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

    It was a birthday celebration and they provided a special dessert with a giant sparkler candle, a customized birthday card from all the staff along with a decadent truffle to go home. All that was over the top from a restaurant. I’d never seen such lovely details. The food was delicious from all the choices we made and the cocktail was just right; not too strong or too weak. Our server was pleasant and so accommodating. Great time all around!
