Had dinner with the family and it was great as always.

Baltimore is an experience within itself, and Phillips at the Inner Harbor was a great dining experience. The food was delicious and the waitress was Superb, Fatima was very articulate, she smiled and she knew the answers to all of our questions. She was excellent and made our dining at Phillips a great time.

If you are a steak lover, this is the best place to go! Head Chef Dre is hands down the best at cooking your steaks, exactly how you like them every time! Doesn't matter rare, medium and even well done, his steaks are always cooked to perfection, tender and juicy! All their food is excellent..huge bake potatoes and I highly recommend their Brussel sprouts! Outstanding service! You will not be disappointed!

Had a really good meal, though my NY Strip was a big Luke warm and my creamed spinach was dry. The potatoes au gratin were great and the loaded baked potato was good as well. My Dad said his 6oz fillet was amazing. Nathan was a wonderful server.

The food was delicious and the service was great. It was quiet in there and the atmosphere was serene. Great for a date night, or just a great meal with views of the harbor. I’d give the food I had( miso sea bass with noodles and vegetables) a 8.5/10.
