Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. Ho ordinato un cowgirl steak da 100 dollari e un topping aragosta da 40 dollari . Mentre la steak era ottima la lobster era immangiabile e ho chiesto di sostituirla . Anche la seconda era molto stopposa come non fresca . In generale una qualità non adeguata ai prezzi del locale
