Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. RC never disappoints with service ambience and quality of food. Great birthday dinner as expected. The table across from us was extremely loud. The one lady wanted the entire restaurant to hear her conversation. She was sooo loud my kids clapped when they paid and left. You do not have to speak so loud! It was annoying but after they left it was perfect!

This was our first experience here. Let me start by saying the service was excellent. The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a most enjoyable experience. The risotto was delicious. But the main course was even better. I had a delmonico steak that was five stars along with potato puree. My wife had a filet that would absolutely melt in your mouth. We would definitely recommend Gordon Ramsay’s to anyone. Very impressed.
