I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, even though there were a couple of minor hiccups with our order. What really stood out was how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. Amanda, the manager, was very attentive and immediately addressed the issue with a solution that exceeded our expectations. Our waiter, Pablo, continued to provide excellent service throughout the meal, remaining respectful and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s refreshing to see a team that responds with such care when things don’t go perfectly. It’s that level of respect and commitment to customer satisfaction that will have me returning.

An exceptional evening at Parcheggio! We had a fantastic time catching up with friends and were especially impressed by the tender steak—it was absolutely outstanding. Always reliably good food at Joey’s . The servers went out of their way to be friendly. One day I’ll find out why the picture sign to a wheel chair accessible toilet point to the staircase. :)
