Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Another great experience for our family Christmas Eve dinner! Food was amazing. It’s our second year at Ruth’s for Christmas Eve. And we’re already looking forward to next year. Maddie was a tremendous server. Very personable and made our experience even better than last year. Thank you!

We had the best Christmas Eve dinner! The Dover Sole was the best I’ve ever had. Calamari and crab cakes are also delicious. Who can resist the baked Alaska for dessert? Our server was wonderful!

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!
