Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. The salad bar was wonderful. I ordered Lamb Chops, and they were brought out. The other meats were very tasty.

This is our second time attending or visiting this location the service and the food taste great. I can say this visit a few of the meats were a little dry mostly the chicken.

Wonderful Christmas Eve experience at the Ruxton. We opted for a late lunch and were totally satisfied with the service, ambiance and (of course) the food. My filet was prepared exactly as requested and it was extremely tender and delicious. My wife’s salmon dish was equally satisfying. If you haven’t been to the Ruxton yet, you have to try it. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a really good meal, though my NY Strip was a big Luke warm and my creamed spinach was dry. The potatoes au gratin were great and the loaded baked potato was good as well. My Dad said his 6oz fillet was amazing. Nathan was a wonderful server.
