Bisteccherie popolari a Wilton

Prime is one of my favorite restaurants in Stamford. My brother and I both had steak. The filet mignon and skirt steak were cooked perfectly. The sides were also excellent. I was disappointed with the martini. The glass wasn’t completely full after the pour and the waitress had to go back to the bartender to get more martini! It’s the food (and a good wine list) that keeps me coming back!

Relaxing atmosphere with Delicious steaks and a perfect old fashioned cocktail. Excellent service! Cannot wait to revisit. Would be great to have a Rothmann on the south shore.

Awesome steak and lobster. Staff and bartender are terrific. Excellent drinks and lava cake dessert. Garlic mashed potatoes are great. Will be back again!

Our waiter, Michael , was very helpful in guiding us to our cocktail choices and explaining the menu. The tuna tartare was very fresh and abundant. The kettle chips were crispy and a great compliment to the tuna. The halibut was perfectly cooked, and tasted delightful with the mushrooms, shrimp, fingerling potatoes dressed in a lobster sauce. The pumpkin cocktail evoked the spirit of autumn. The bread pudding was elevated with blueberries and vanilla bean ice cream. All but the cocktail was part of the prix fixe menu. Fine dining at a fine price

If you’re seeking great food, great service and an energetic atmosphere Gabriele’s is the place to be! I had the veal chop with broccoli rabe and my wife had the bone on filet mignon with some mushrooms. Just sorry we didn’t take any pics. Delicious both visually and in taste. Can’t wait to go next time!!
