We are Kaizen. It all started when longtime friends from Flushing, Queens, came together with an idea that would soon be introduced to their hometown city. U remains the most stand out restaurant in all of Brooklyn. The food is next to none, you are immediately made to feel at home and the communal seating ensures you’ll make friends you may have otherwise never interacted with. U forever!!

Incredible experience. Truly never short of a fun and delicious event. The chefs and sake boy really know how to engage with the crowd, provide excellent service, and deliver and unforgettable night. You leave so full and so happy that the hour just flies by. Already the 2nd time my friends and I have dined here because we couldn’t stop talking about the first time. I recommend it to everyone!!

So so fun!! Very cool and unique experience to do. Just go into it knowing the food is mediocre (which is expected from an experience like this) would still give it 5 stars. The employees are awesome
