From the beginning of this experience, we found the food to be innovative and delicious. Wonton Soup, Spareribs, Pot Stickers were all original takes on well-known flavors. Drinks were refilled quickly. The Beef stir fry, Sushi roils, Ramen bowl , Lo Mein and General Tso's chicken all hit the spot with slight differences. Dessert sampler was outstanding. The one negative other than this being pricey Asian food is that the tip on the bill seems to have been taxed.

The food wasn’t nearly as amazing as the first time I was here. My snapper was a little tough. Kind of disappointed. . 

Nobu location in Manalapan, tied to Larry Ellison's renowned vision for creating world-class destinations. Nobu, known for its luxurious hospitality and dining, combined with Ellison's impeccable taste and eye for unique locations, would indeed create something extraordinary. Manalapan, with its exclusivity and coastal charm, seems like a perfect match for a Nobu property. Whether it’s a hotel, restaurant, or a mixed-use concept, this collaboration could set a new benchmark for luxury and innovation.

Outstanding experience. Best sushi in the Palm Beach area by far. Nothing close. Will definitely return.
