Masuya Restaurant is located in a building, which has been designated as a cultural asset, on O’Connell Street in Sydney. This is the same place as the office of Kanematsu Gosho, the pioneer of Australia – Japan trades, was situated in 1980. If you're looking for a spot that nails it every time, this Japanese restaurant is the place to be. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Service is quick and attentive, and the food? Absolutely top-notch. From fresh sushi to perfectly seasoned dishes, everything is consistently amazing. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to because I know I’ll always leave satisfied. Highly recommend.

The food quality, the environment, and the service are very good. The price is reasonable for the quality of food. The down side is the one hour time limit on ordering food and 1.5 hours staying limit. It is quite rush for gathering with friend. Overall is good.

Sashimi is very fresh. We had the Private Dining Set C and the food was presented well and delicious.

Great value for the bbq buffet, and the meat and sashimi quality is great, with lots of variety. The VIP room is nice for a birthday and the staff are very thoughful to leave a small gift and candle. Its our second time dining here and we will be back.

Ambiance and music is great. Service is outstanding. Love the daily specials and happy hour cocktails. The tacos are so good and the custard bao donut is to die for.
