Patri has several meanings, in Hindi it means Pavement, in Urdu it means Track and in ancient Sanskrit its means a vessel or small furnace. It was so lovely, the steak is beautiful, the almond cake beautiful. Great service and price can come little high but it’s worth it.

This place is pretty discreetly located, but once you know, it is super easy to find, and is literally next door / under the tube station. Lovely and atmospheric, well renovated, food was ample and well presented, as was the beer and the wine. London prices. We would go again.

I had one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten here. The quality of the food was echoed by the quality of the service. The staff were welcoming, friendly throughout and made us feel like old friends. It was my first visit but won’t be my last
