We had the most amazing Valentine’s Day at Shinmachi! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, and our wonderful server Yaiza made the evening extra special. She always goes above and beyond with her warm, genuine care—she truly knows how to make us feel like family! They even surprised us with a beautiful rose, which was such a thoughtful touch. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. We started with the edamame with furikake, tamari agadeshi tofu, kingfish tacos, and takoyaki—each dish was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. But the highlight, as always, was the ramen! My partner’s favorite is the black garlic ramen, and it never disappoints. As for me, I can’t get enough of the Hokkaido scallop tonkotsu miso butter ramen—it’s my all-time favorite. We can’t recommend Shinmachi enough. The combination of fantastic food, incredible cocktails, and Yaiza’s exceptional service keeps us coming back time and time again. We absolutely love this place and can’t wait for our next visit!
