Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. After excellent reviews, he took on the space permanently after his step-father retired and since, has gone from strength to strength. A very impressive restaurant, both from the staff who are so welcoming and provided great insights to the menu. Then to food, OMG, it was out of this world and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
