Our server was helpful and accommodated a change to the menu for an allergy. He was patient and around just enough. The food was so delicious and flavourful. My favourite was the taro chips and dip. The prawns were also delish. Even though we were seated on the outdoor patio in December, it was warm enough. Just wish there were slightly more substantial chairs. We were seated on very small stools.

Really liked it. Had a pizza and calamari, both were fantastic.

Excellent taste and texture. Service was prompt, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Have waited a year for Hai Chi Em to re-open at its new location and the anticipation has been worth it. All the flavourful, well-presented dishes that they've been known for served cheerfully in a stylish and comfortable dining room.

Food was good. Way too loud. Couldn’t hear each other speaking.
