Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. This was our second time in a week. The food is outstanding, as the service--very friendly, quiet, helpful, knowledgeable. The ambience is lovely. They have retained the decor of Birch and Barley, which is great. The lighting is lovely, warm and low, but bright enough to read. All in all, a great experience. Neighborhood favorite.

We enjoyed our dinner at The Capital Grille as usual. It has not disappointed over several decades. We were only somewhat disappointed to see that a large percentage of the guests were very casually dressed. It reduces the feeling of being in a special place when you can't tell the difference between Clyde's or the Capital Grille. It is just a reality of our culture.

Great food, great service and an excellent overall experience! We were a party of 6, and especially liked that the appetizers can be served family style! All of the pastas are house made and delicious! Portions were exactly right…not too much and not too little. Desserts were equally delicious. Highly recommend.
