Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. We do not accept bookings for drinks and snacks, however we accept walk-ins for this if space permits. A surcharge of up to 1.2% applies to credit card transactions. A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather.     Always perfect, every time I’m in Melbourne I always come to Serai. The only restaurant I’ve ever been to that makes you feel like you’re eating at someones pinoy house feeled with love.

    We had the loveliest waiter (so sorry I didn’t grab your name!) who took such good care of us, was so attentive and funny. The service truly made it but the food was actually gorgeous too! Would 100% come back. Lovely vibe and the friendliest staff who really make it

    Top flight and outside the CBD. We ate croquettes, octopus, papas bravas, lamb skewers, salad, and on and on. Delicious and savory dishes all accompanied with a dry pink Spanish cava. Camilla and staff were gracious and diligent. We had a memorable evening indeed. Thank you making for our last holiday night in Melbourne memorable. We return to America happy.
