Socarrat, the quintessence of the perfect paella and for which the restaurant is named, is the delectable, sensuous crust that forms on the bottom of the paella pan when the liquid is rendered and the rice reaches its peak of succulence. Buona paella , buon servizio e disponibili al tavolo . Meglio fuori su strada dentro non c’era aria condizionata e tavolo vicino ai servizi , ma hanno cambiato senza problemi

Il posto è incantevole ! Finalmente un posto a New York dove ci sono dei vini buoni! I salumi erano ottimi e il personale davvero accogliente e gentile ! Consiglio vivamente di andare sia a fare colazione sia a fare un aperitivo/cena con tagliere di salumi e un calice di vino!

Cibo buono e servizio impeccabile. Il tavolo che ci hanno assegnato era però con poca luce ed essendo vicino alla Vergara si sentivano spifferi daria notevoli . Il prezzo si cementate eccessivo
