Canary Wharf workers have a new waterfront wine bar as Humble Grape opened on Mackenzie Walk, along the water’s edge.On the wine list you’ll find 30 wines by the glass (they’ll rotate these regularly) as well as more than 400 wines by the bottle all with the focus on wines from small family wineries that champion sustainable, organic, or biodynamic practices. Drink these beauties in or take-them home!Of course where there’s wine, there’s food. Open all day, kicking off with breakfast at 7.30am and running through to the evening. My dining companion and I had a lovely lunch on a Friday. Food and service very good. The restaurant was very quiet as we were the only diners for a while. Would visit again.

OK for a family meal. Not very attentative service. Food took ages. Steak was excellent and the seabass. The mozarella side for a main was way too salty. May try again, but sadly, there was actually no oysters and no fish soup! so maybe reciewing on the wring stuff. Starters were a bit odd actually. bettroot salad was composed of large chunks of beteroot. Not very creative. May go again.
