Manicomio Chelsea opened its doors in 2003. It is set on the buzzy Duke of York Square, set back from Sloane Square and the iconic Kings Road. Housed in a historic Grade II listed building that was formerly the Royal military asylum- the origin of Manicomio’s playful name (Italian for madhouse). Renowned for serving simple yet elegant Italian food in the attractive dining room, bar and – weather permitting- the expansive terrace.
