Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. It was our first time visiting Ballard Cut. We were all impressed! Staff were so friendly and delicious food. Whiskey lovers in our group really appreciated the staffs high expertise level re whiskey, and the availability of so many different bourbons and whisk(e)ys. All in all, a great experience. Our new favorite restaurant in the Seattle area. We’ll be back!
