Inspired by yakitori izakayas, Big Night is going to be putting seasonal British-ish produce on sticks and cooking it on our charcoal grill. The food will be simple, loud and fun, perfect to be eaten with a beer in hand and friends at your side.The menu will draw on a variety of influences rather than pretending to adhere to the concept of an authentic cuisine (this is not a Japanese restaurant). Food is always amazing, and so is the service. It was our first time trying the new menu and it was great - loved the new version of Hotate Kataifi!! But we missed the Maguro tataki so much - the experience is always a 10/10, but Holly’s service is just superior and made it even better! It’s the second time we get served by her, and she never misses a single detail, always smiling and attentive, but never intrusive. Definitely one of the reasons why we keep going back to the Shoreditch branch. Looking forward to be back🫶🏻
