Had many hand rolls with the scallops and uni being my favorites. Lobster dashi pasta was spectacular along with the spicy tuna crispy rice. Everything was very good!

As always, a fun and delicious meal. The only problem was that my favorite ran out. I guess I need to dine earlier! Sake and beer accompanied our food and we finished everything off with the refreshing apple tart.

The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings (from soft-boiled eggs to tender slices of pork) really elevated the dish. It's easily one of the best ramen bowls I've had. To round out the meal, I enjoyed a glass of cold sake. It was smooth and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. Overall, everything was great.
