    Cutter’s was a lovely way to spend our Christmas evening together— the 3 course dinner provided variety and our server was wonderful, including noting gluten allergies for kitchen. Thank you.

    We had an excellent server on Christmas Day. Our food was delicious, and the views were incredible. I ordered the crab-stuffed Mahi fish. It was delicious. My husband got the filet; it was juicy and precisely what he ordered.

    I find the food in Seattle to be incredibly underwhelming so I was a bit leery about going to yet another restaurant in the city. I am glad I did because the food at Cutters was fantastic. This is the first restaurant I have ever been to in Seattle that I would actually go back to (and happily) The food, service, ambiance, and view are all terrific.

    The only issue was our seatings of 14 ppl. When I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance, I talked to Edward about it’s a birthday celebration and we would like to sit next to windows. When we arrived, they had us in 3 separate tables in the middle of the restaurant. The manager fixed that and we had a long table by windows. After that, the service and food were really good. We enjoyed our celebration very much.

    Our server, Josh, was great. Offered several recommendations and was very attentive. My wife had the seafood trio that was just ok. Salmon was delicious but the shrimp and scallops were a little dry. I had the shrimp and crab fettuccine which was prepared with a very good sauce. Overall, our experience was server “5”, food “3.5”.

    Everything we ordered was phenomenal! Will definitely be returning. Don’t skip the crab dip, I’m still thinking about it a whole day later!

    We had our annual book club Christmas luncheon, could not have ordered better service or attitude. Lovely afternoon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees tremendously.

    This is a go to for Pacific NW seafood when friends are in town. Good service and when anything is off they are quick to make it right. For instance, this evening Manager Nicole was quick to put things right and ensure we had a wonderful celebration evening!!
