We hope you will join us at Daniel George restaurant. Located in the heart of Mountain Brook Village, we offer a casual yet elegant dining experience. Our menu includes fresh seafood and local produce. "Farm to Fork" is a philosophy we believe in and strive to pursue on a daily basis.

    We will cater events from 10 to 500. We offer heavy hors d'oeuvres, buffet style and seated dinners. We are happy to serve any items from our regular menu or will customize a menu specifically for you.

    Our private dining room will accommodate as many as 30 guests. Audio visual equipment is available, if needed. We offer a set menu for $75 per person which includes hors d’oeuvres, house salad, a choice of 4 entrees - beef, chicken, fish, & veg plate - and a choice of 2 desserts. Smaller groups of 10 -15 are welcome to order off the regular menu.

                                                    Special Mothers Day menu was extensive. We had salmon and steak and both were delicious. Service was quick and efficient. Lovely brunch. I wish they would consider doing this more than once a year😊

                                                    My friend and brought our mothers for an early Mother’s Day lunch. As always, DG delivered. The food and service were fantastic. The “upscale meat & three” lunch menu is a great value.

                                                    We had a delicious lunch at Daniel George, including wonderful, fresh fried oysters with remoulade sauce that the chef made gluten free. The caramelized Brussels sprouts were tasty. The cucumber tomato feta salad could have used a bit of Italian dressing or other flavorful addition, but it was light and fresh. And the noise level is just right if you want to have a meaningful conversation.
