It was too busy to properly take care of your customers without a doubt. Knowing this, the restaurant should probably cut back on taking reservations. I would say in half because it was that bad. It took an hour and a half for us to get our appetizer. we ordered a steak medium and it came out rare, pure, red solid red. The lobster tail the lobster wasn’t completely done inside. It was the substance of squid. Obviously, they were in a rush on both the steak and then the other meal, the lobster. So my suggestion is to cut the reservations in half so that the staff that you have can be more attentive to your customers and customer service and your chefs can slow down and pay attention to detail instead of being a line order cook like they have to be because it’s so busy. This all falls on Management and upper level management and the business owner. It’s not the fault of the employees. And I should know because I run my own business. And if things start to get too busy, I don’t take any more customers so that I can take care of the customers I have and to show them appreciation that I have them and they’re worth keeping rather than me giving them poor service trying to get more customers. Build your business to a level of excellence and then just keep it like that . Good luck 👍

We love to come here when we come to Foxwoods. We have Celiac (gluten free) diners in the family and always feel very comfortable dining here. No issues and the staff are very concerned and aware. The table side Caesar Salad is so worth it! The filet is superb!

It's been a while since I last ate here. My girlfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. The restaurant was crowded, and they were having issues as several bus boys called out sick. We ordered our beers when the server came by. We started out with the Ceasar Salad which was very good ($21.00). We split the salad which, to be honest, was more for just one person than two. We each had the filet mignon, hers was the 6 oz and I had the 8 oz. Both were cooked to perfection. We also shared a side of mashed potatoes which we were told was enough for two. Nope. It was barely a serving for one person. Potatoes don't cost that much; there's no reason to be that stingy. They were good but don't tell people they are sharable, they aren't. Overall, a good meal but expensive considering what we ordered. With tip, around $240.00.

This restaurant is meh. Way way too loud for me. I hate not being able to talk to the people you are with. Food was good, Not great and super expensive! Our server was great but the hostess’s were down right awful. Like they were doing you a favor showing you to a crappy table. No thanks. Won’t go back.
